3. Business-Specific Customer Data
Your SpinWin customer information is associated with the specific business where you registered or interacted with SpinWin.
SpinWin is designed with business-level data separation. A participating business should only have access to customer information associated with its own SpinWin account/business environment.
Your information is not intended to be made available to unrelated businesses using SpinWin.
4. Loyalty Points and Rewards
Where a business enables the SpinWin Loyalty Points feature, your points and reward activity may be recorded against your customer profile.
Points may be used to claim rewards configured by the participating business.
When a loyalty reward is successfully claimed, the applicable number of points may be deducted from your available balance and the reward claim may be recorded for account and business-management purposes.
5. Cookies and Authentication
SpinWin may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms to maintain customer authentication and session information.
These mechanisms help:
- Keep you signed in
- Identify your authenticated customer profile
- Associate your activity with the correct participating business
